99 Hudson Street, a 889 foot tall residential skyscraper, is located in Jersey City and is the tallest building in the state of New Jersey. The building was developed by China Overseas America and designed by Perkins Eastman. R&R Scaffolding, LTD was selected to design, manufacture, and install a fixed-in-place single-jib Building Maintenance Unit on the main tower with a max outreach of nearly 120 feet. A mobile davit system with a self-powered platform facilitates the cleaning of the lower portion of the building.
